Yanolja boosts conversion volume with excellent CPA using Moloco

Yanolja, South Korea's leading travel and leisure app, faced a challenge in re-engaging its high-value customers to promote its NOL Card. Their previous strategy of using in-app push notifications was limited as many users had opted out of marketing consent, making them unreachable. They needed a new Demand-Side Platform (DSP) solution that could effectively target these users on the open internet while adhering to the strict ad compliance required for financial products. They partnered with vendor Moloco to use its Moloco Cloud DSP product.

Moloco's solution integrated Yanolja’s CRM data into the Moloco Cloud DSP, using a custom Cost per Action (CPA) model to target and optimize for high-value users. The platform also ensured brand safety and a smooth ad review process. As a result, Yanolja achieved a significant increase in conversion volume with an excellent CPA, successfully reaching previously unavailable customers.
