Testing for success: Polaris Office found new monetization streams with Moloco SDK

Polaris Office, a mobile app for editing and saving documents, spreadsheets, and presentations, needed a way to scale monetization while keeping its app free for users. To address this challenge, the company partnered with Moloco and initially used Moloco’s waterfall SDK, then explored Moloco’s in-app bidding SDK to create new revenue streams.

Moloco implemented a two-week A/B test of its in-app bidding SDK against 13 ad networks, and the results showed strong gains: ARPDAU increased by 15% on Android and 10% on iOS, with Moloco ranking in the top three ad networks by average eCPM. Based on this performance, Polaris Office fully adopted Moloco’s SDK across traffic and creative formats, while also reducing internal resource costs and simplifying ad operations.
