Lalalab exceeded ROAS targets with Addict Mobile and Moloco

Lalalab, a French photo printing ecommerce company, needed to break through growth constraints caused by relying mainly on self-attributing networks (SANs) for user acquisition. To diversify its media mix and expand reach beyond walled gardens, Lalalab partnered with Moloco, using Moloco Ads with support from agency partner Addict Mobile.

Moloco implemented machine-learning-driven campaign optimization to help Lalalab reduce CPA and improve performance across the open internet, while Addict Mobile adapted creatives into personalized, high-performing formats. As a result, Lalalab increased ROAS by over 12%, cut CAC by 9% for a top-performing source, and achieved its best average basket size among UA campaigns, including SANs.
