GS Shop, one of Korea’s leading home shopping brands, wanted to expand beyond TV commerce and grow its mobile shopping business with a steady stream of high-quality new users. To support that goal, the company partnered with Moloco and used its machine learning-powered user acquisition and dynamic creative optimization capabilities.

Moloco helped GS Shop run both acquisition and retargeting campaigns with dynamic creative ads that aligned mobile promotions with live TV broadcasts and optimized product recommendations based on user behavior. The results were strong: target CPI was reached in under three days, installs scaled to more than 3,000 per day while maintaining efficiency, and retargeting drove target ROAS in three weeks with weekly ROAS surpassing 4,000% and more than 2,000% ROAS over a two-month period.
