Global MMORPG Summoners War achieves success in UA by partnering up with Moloco and Mobidays to prepare for iOS 14.5+ and SKAN

Com2uS, the South Korean mobile game developer behind Summoners War, needed to prepare its global user acquisition strategy for Apple’s iOS 14.5+ privacy changes and SKAdNetwork (SKAN). To stay ahead of the shift away from IDFA-based attribution, Com2uS partnered with Moloco and Mobidays, using Moloco’s machine learning-based ad platform and technical guidance to understand the impact on iOS campaigns.

Moloco helped Com2uS analyze the changes early, test SKAN traffic, and build a holistic campaign strategy across all iOS versions instead of splitting traffic by OS. As a result, Com2uS launched SKAN campaigns smoothly and achieved strong performance in the U.S., with high-LTV users acquired at low CPI; the success then expanded to Germany and France, where Com2uS increased install volume while maintaining target CPI.
