BitMango re-engaged with high-value users and achieved 150% target ROAS

BitMango, a global game publishing company, wanted to grow user volume while maintaining strong D7 ROAS for its long-running title, Word Cookies. The challenge was finding more high-value users in a mature app audience, where acquiring new paying users through standard UA campaigns had become increasingly difficult. BitMango used Moloco Ads to support this effort.

Moloco helped BitMango launch a retargeting campaign focused on reactivating users who hadn’t opened the app in 7 days, as well as identifying existing paying users most likely to convert through a custom CPA model trained on first-party data. With Moloco’s machine learning optimizing in real time, BitMango achieved 150% of its ROAS target, increased daily user volume by 3X, reduced CPI by 2.5X versus UA campaigns, and scaled ad spend by 5X after launch.
