Bitmango Prepares for the Post-IDFA Era with MOLOCO's LAT Test Campaigns

BitMango, a mobile puzzle game publisher known for titles like Word Cookies and Bubble Pop Origin, partnered with MOLOCO as Apple’s iOS 14 changes and the removal of IDFA tracking made it harder to target and measure iOS users effectively. The company wanted a way to maintain user acquisition efficiency and prepare for the post-IDFA era.

MOLOCO ran LAT (Limit Ad Tracking) test campaigns for BitMango using MOLOCO Cloud to compare LAT and non-LAT traffic, relying on contextual signals and machine learning to optimize targeting. The tests showed that LAT traffic could deliver similar quality at lower CPMs, and for Brick Out - Shoot the Ball, install volume rose about 6% immediately after the campaign and later reached 70%, while ROAS targets were maintained.
