Université Catholique De Louvain expands biofilm research with Molecular Devices’ 2-in-1 absorbance and fluorescence readers

The customer, Université Catholique de Louvain, faced a research challenge requiring them to measure biofilm production and bacterial viability using both absorbance and fluorescence techniques. Their work, led by Wafi Siala, aimed to compare antibiotic activities against biofilms. To accomplish this, they needed a flexible microplate reading solution from vendor Molecular Devices.
