Churchill Forge, a property management company, faced the challenge of efficiently managing and securing a large fleet of mobile iPads used for critical operations like work orders and lease signings across numerous buildings. They engaged the vendor Moki to implement its mobile device management (MDM) solution to streamline this process and enhance security.

Moki's solution provided a centralized dashboard from which Churchill Forge could manage, update, and secure all 81 devices across 47 buildings. The results included improved operational efficiency, simplified device tracking, and heightened security through features like centralized password management and device lockdown. Churchill Forge has been successfully using Moki's MDM for nearly a decade and plans to leverage more of its features.
