Marriott International worked with Moki to address the need for secure, low-cost flight check-in and boarding pass printing for guests. As mobile use expanded across hotel services, Marriott needed a simple way to let guests print boarding passes without relying on each traveler’s phone and printer compatibility.

Moki provided custom digital kiosks running a check-in app and connected to approved printers, with the tablets locked down for secure guest use. The kiosks automatically wiped personal data after each session, while Moki Total Control let Marriott remotely manage devices, push app updates, and monitor kiosk health and interactions. The solution improved guest convenience, strengthened brand loyalty, and gave Marriott a flexible, centrally managed boarding pass printing experience.
