Estée Lauder partnered with Moki to support a new stand-alone men’s skin care group and better educate shoppers about the category in-store. The company was already reaching customers through TV, print, digital, and social media, but needed a way to close the loop with engaging retail experiences that could explain products and guide purchase decisions.
Moki provided customer-facing digital kiosks, including a custom iPad app, touch table, and video screens for Lab Series products. The solution let shoppers explore product images, regimen information, and related cross-sell items while Moki Total Control locked down devices, pushed content instantly, and remotely monitored device health and app status. The case study says the result was increased retail sales through education, though no specific numeric lift was provided.
