Estée Lauder partnered with Moki to support a new stand-alone men’s skin care group and better educate shoppers about the category in-store. The company was already reaching customers through TV, print, digital, and social media, but needed a way to close the loop with engaging retail experiences that could explain products and guide purchase decisions.

Moki provided customer-facing digital kiosks, including a custom iPad app, touch table, and video screens for Lab Series products. The solution let shoppers explore product images, regimen information, and related cross-sell items while Moki Total Control locked down devices, pushed content instantly, and remotely monitored device health and app status.
