Walgreens partnered with Moki to solve a challenge at its Way to Well Health Tour with AARP: visitors were interested in the Balance Rewards program, but often forgot to register after leaving the event. Walgreens needed a simple way to capture sign-ups on the spot using customer-facing devices.

Moki deployed iPad-based digital kiosks on all tour buses, allowing visitors to register for Balance Rewards directly in the bus through Moki’s secure, locked-down app. The solution let Walgreens push content instantly and monitor device and app status remotely, and it helped the company gather thousands of email addresses for its rewards program.
