Varna.bg — the municipal authority for Varna (population ~418k, swelling to over 1M in summer) was grappling with severe parking shortages, traffic overload and blocked city-centre areas, and needed an urgent, integrable payment solution that could also serve as a first step toward a wider MaaS program.
