DreamWorks engaged Moderne Communications to boost awareness of its Awesomeness TV YouTube channel among millennial consumers during the holiday season. The challenge was to create a high-impact, culturally relevant activation that would drive foot traffic and media buzz using pop-ups, influencer marketing, and turnkey events.

Moderne Communications transformed a blank retail space into the #ATV pop-up shop featuring scheduled talent appearances (including Cody Simpson and The Vamps), live performances, meet & greets, staffed sales and security, POS and inventory systems, and daily reporting to DreamWorks. The activation drew 100,000+ visitors and became the most popular shopping destination in Los Angeles over the holidays, delivering strong engagement and measurable reach for DreamWorks.
