Dove partnered with Moderne Communications to drive trial and awareness for its new Dove Nourishing Oil Care System shampoo and conditioner across 10 major U.S. Hispanic markets. The challenge was to get products into consumers’ hands through trusted, relatable touchpoints—especially salons—and to increase recall and brand perception using Place-Based Poster Media, Branded Collateral, and Product Sampling.

Moderne Communications executed a complete media takeover—combining high-impact posters, FSIs, branded collateral and grassroots product sampling—reaching 500 salons in Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, New York City, Orlando, Phoenix, San Antonio and San Francisco. The campaign delivered 490K samples, 10M impressions, 82% product recall and a 35% brand lift, demonstrating strong measurable impact for Moderne Communications and Dove.
