The University of Rochester's Human Resources department needed to create a more cohesive and user-friendly web experience for its diverse audiences, including employees and faculty. They engaged Modern Tribe to leverage its higher education expertise and work within the university's existing design and technical framework to address this challenge.

Modern Tribe conducted extensive stakeholder research and workshops to guide the project. The solution involved a significant content rewrite and the development of two dedicated websites: a main HR site and a searchable policies repository, which required migrating over 100 policies from decentralized sources. This provided a centralized, user-friendly resource for the university community.
