Modern Health delivered a virtual, globally available mental health program (coaches and therapists in 55 countries, 45 languages, average wait <1 day) and Dropbox saw strong adoption and outcomes: 49% of employees registered, 40% engaged, 91% of care users agreed their well‑being improved, 61% showed clinical improvement after 4+ sessions, and providers averaged a 4.9/5 rating. Modern Health’s mix of 1:1 care and Circles also supported Dropbox’s DEI&B efforts and timely cultural topics.
