Aesop, the luxury skin care brand, recognized that its retail workforce needed stronger mental health support after pandemic-era strains revealed limits in its traditional EAP. Aesop partnered with Modern Health to provide fast access to care and an intuitive platform offering an extensive international provider network and culturally centered options for employees and dependents.

Modern Health launched an app-based solution with rapid provider matching, same‑day scheduling, therapy, coaching, Circles (group sessions) and self-serve digital resources; the rollout included a targeted virtual roadshow and benefits engagement. The result: a 28% well‑being increase over the prior EAP, a 34% registration rate and 31% engagement (versus 2% under the former EAP), 91% of users agreeing care improved well‑being, a 4.9/5 average provider rating, and 65% of members using digital resources—prompting Aesop to expand session limits from six to eight.
