The University of Guelph’s Open Learning and Educational Support (OpenEd) needed to replace a legacy, in-house system that had been customized for years but could no longer support modern learner expectations, staff efficiency, or better business intelligence. To improve service for more than 35,000 learners each year, the university turned to Modern Campus’ Destiny One customer lifecycle management platform.

Modern Campus implemented Destiny One, including tools such as the International and Specialty Programs Manager and Corporate Engagement Manager, to streamline workflows, centralize data, and expand self-service for students. The result was a more Amazon-like student experience, faster and less duplicative work for staff, stronger support for corporate and English-language programs, and richer reporting through dashboards and analytics that help OpenEd make more informed, data-driven decisions.
