With Mode, the data team built queries and dashboards that combined usage and revenue data in one place, giving leadership easy-to-refresh reporting for board updates and decision-making. Mode also helped the team streamline segmentation with Datasets, reduce duplicate SQL work, and more efficiently support go-to-market teams; the result was faster analysis, more flexible reporting, and better alignment around the new strategy.
