BAZZ worked with Moburst to understand why many users were not using the app as intended and why installs far outpaced active users. The app lets people listen to text messages while driving and reply by voice command, pre-made message, audio recording, or callback without touching the screen.

Moburst analyzed the app’s UX/UI and found that many users were dropping off during onboarding. The team reduced loading times, replaced text with visuals, and created a short gamified tutorial that explained the app’s main features and benefits in less than 10 seconds. As a result, onboarding and tutorial conversion rates reached 366.6%, and within less than a month the gap between installs and active users reduced dramatically.
