The Clinique d’Occitanie entrusts MOBOTIX with patient and staff security and safety

The Clinique d’Occitanie, part of the Elsan group, faced security challenges including property damage and violent incidents that its security guards struggled to manage. The clinic's CIO, David Bell, sought to modernize security and entrusted vendor Mobotix with implementing a video surveillance solution, including T26, c26, and S16 cameras, to protect patients, staff, and property.

Mobotix implemented a comprehensive video system, starting with outdoor cameras and expanding to over 60 units, including video door entry systems. The solution dramatically improved security, halting theft and vandalism, and also optimized patient traffic flow through data analysis. The measurable results included a completely secure site and a transformed patient journey. Mobotix's IT-friendly design allowed for seamless integration and the project has become a proof of concept for standardizing security across the entire Elsan group.
