AH Elzinga, an Albert Heijn supermarket in the Netherlands, needed to enhance safety and prevent incidents for visitors and staff during its refurbishment and expansion. To achieve this, they chose to install additional high-resolution MOBOTIX cameras, building on a system they had used since 2012.

The solution implemented by MOBOTIX and partner Systra ICT involved installing 17 new cameras, bringing the total to around 30. This included c25 and p25 models managed by MOBOTIX software. The results were a reliable, virtually maintenance-free system that provides razor-sharp footage valued by the police. The quality and discreet design of the cameras effectively monitor checkouts, aisles, and the store's surroundings, helping to manage operations and improve security.
