Rappi fixes 50% of failing deep links with Mobot

Rappi, a multi-service platform with over 35 million active users in Latin America, faced a significant challenge in ensuring its complex marketing workflows functioned correctly. The company relied on deep links to drive users from ads into its app, but "silent" conversion failures were occurring unpredictably, leading to lost revenue and wasted ad spend. Manual testing was impossible at scale, creating a critical need for a solution. This led Rappi's Head of Martech and Adtech, Satya Ramachandran, to partner with vendor Mobot.

Mobot implemented a solution using computer vision and robotic fingers to physically test Rappi's user flows on real devices, simulating true end-to-end customer journeys. This allowed Rappi to proactively find and fix bugs in its marketing campaigns. The results were immediate and substantial; during a pilot, Mobot identified that nearly 50% of deep links were failing. The solution, costing $5K, recovered an estimated $150K in orders that would have otherwise been lost, transforming QA from a cost center into a proven revenue driver for the business.
