Golf18, an indoor golf complex in Québec, wanted to build customer loyalty and better understand buying behavior in a highly competitive market for indoor sports and entertainment. To do that, Golf18 partnered with Moblico to launch a French-language mobile app and platform that would help customers make reservations, join tournaments, and earn rewards.
Moblico implemented a mobile platform that let Golf18 track customer activity in real time and reward purchases of golf, food, and drinks. The results included a 188% click-through rate on one food offer, plus 52% email opt-ins, 45% push opt-ins, and 21% text opt-ins, helping Golf18 drive repeat business and tailor events, scheduling, and menus to customer preferences.
