Golf18, an indoor golf complex in Québec, wanted a better way to build customer loyalty and understand buying behavior in a competitive market for indoor sports and entertainment. To help solve this, Golf18 partnered with Moblico to launch a French-language mobile app and platform that would support reservations, tournament signups, and rewards.
Moblico implemented a mobile platform that let customers earn points for playing golf and purchasing food and drinks, while giving Golf18 real-time insight into customer preferences. The results included a 188% click-through rate on one food offer, plus strong engagement with 52% email opt-ins, 45% push opt-ins, and 21% text opt-ins, helping drive repeat business and improve customer relationships.
