Sanofi, a global healthcare leader, faced challenges with its costly and slow on-premises infrastructure, which was prone to outages. Mobiz helped Sanofi implement a hybrid cloud strategy, planning and managing the migration of over 15,000 servers and 1,800 applications using tools like Azure Migrate. The solution applied automation via the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework. The results were dramatic: deployment times for new infrastructure dropped from months to hours at one-third the cost, while mean time to recovery (MTTR) was reduced by 300-500%, significantly improving agility and scalability.
