MobiWork enabled dispatchers to load jobs onto smart devices and technicians to capture and submit completed workorders directly to a secure cloud, allowing head office to check and invoice immediately. As a result, MobiWork cut documentation turnaround time by more than 50% (from a typical 48+ hours to most workorders processed same day), doubled processing speed, reduced data-entry errors and duplicates, increased workorder capacity with the same staff, and delivered noticeably faster client invoicing and positive customer feedback.
