Unir - Urbano Gains 100% Traceability of Last Mile Operations with MobiWork

Unir - Urbano is a leading postal, logistics and business intelligence provider in Argentina with 60+ branches, 1,600 employees and a 400-vehicle fleet. Faced with coordination failures and heavy reliance on paper and spreadsheets, Unir - Urbano struggled with lack of last-mile traceability, slow generation and delivery of client reports, order rejections and long cash-on-delivery collection delays. To address these issues they implemented MobiWork’s mobile and online platform (via reseller Rendel IT) to digitize field operations.

MobiWork deployed its mobile app for drivers and its online portal for traffic and call-center teams to capture trips, photos, QR/serial scans, timestamps, locations and customer signatures, and to automate reporting. As a result Unir - Urbano gained 100% traceability of last-mile deliveries and decoder recoveries, immediately reduced cash-on-delivery delays, and cut customer report generation time by 60%, while reducing rejections and enabling real-time operational control through the MobiWork platform.
