Sika Doubles Monthly Deliveries with MobiWork

Sika, a global construction materials company managing 500+ products across 200 sites, faced a capacity and customer-service bottleneck: they could only complete about 750 deliveries per month and handled 50–60 customer status calls daily, creating dispatcher/driver confusion and wasted time.
