MobiWork consolidated ForkLiftsNow’s processes into one real-time database with a branded customer portal, tablet invoicing, automated calculations, and configurable forms. As a result, MobiWork enabled instant invoices and transparent customer access, real-time tracking of assets (including management of 300+ assets), and cut reporting and invoice process times from weeks to minutes — helping ForkLiftsNow scale toward nationwide franchising.
