MobiWork Helps Swim-Safe Pool Management Get Eyes On Their Guys

SwimSafe Pool Management, a Loveland, Ohio–based commercial pool management and maintenance company serving about 200 customers with roughly 50 year‑round and 1,300 seasonal staff, needed better visibility into field work, consistent job histories, and to stop losing sales and paperwork that were handled by text and email. To address these challenges they implemented MobiWork’s field service management platform to track employees, work orders, and sales activity in one system.

MobiWork deployed work orders, GPS tracking (MobiPath), a sales cart, custom order forms, automated issue reporting and a documents tab to store contracts, site photos and equipment records. As a result SwimSafe gained “eyes on our guys,” standardized start-to-finish work order handling for more than 500 monthly jobs, reduced lost sales and unbilled warehouse items, improved invoicing and commission accuracy, and reports being “100% better at getting the job done” with MobiWork.
