Southern Coast, a Boca Raton–based multi‑trade field services company (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Construction, plus solar and roofing) serving South Florida with over 10,000 customers and about $4 million in annual revenue, was overwhelmed by rapid growth and poor organization. Relying on phone books, sticky notes and clipboards left them unable to track technicians or manage projects, so they engaged MobiWork and its field service management platform and mobile app to bring structure and visibility to their operations.

MobiWork deployed a mobile app with turn‑by‑turn navigation, photo and note capture, equipment model/serial logging and MobiPath location tracking, centralizing job documentation and workflows. As a result, MobiWork became the backbone of Southern Coast’s field operations, producing major improvements in productivity and time management, consistent procedures, better job costing and permanent, auditable records of who/what/when/where/why for every job.
