ManpowerGroup Solutions, the LATAM arm of the global human-resources firm ManpowerGroup, faced disorganized field marketing and sales operations in Argentina and Paraguay: teams relied on manual Excel entry, missed photos and critical data, and suffered a backlog of work orders and poor reporting. To address this they evaluated and selected the mobile workforce solution from MobiWork to provide a mobile CRM and field data-capture app that could be quickly deployed and easily trained.
MobiWork implemented a mobile field-marketing app with workflow automation, optimized routing, GPS tracking, form processing and PDF reports with photos, plus real-time analytics dashboards. As a result, ManpowerGroup Solutions moved from about 4 work orders per day per customer to over 12 per day with fewer resources, achieved 100% customer satisfaction with report delivery, improved auditing/compliance and sales performance, and is expanding MobiWork rollout across neighboring South American countries.
