HVAC Leader Selects MobiWork to Digitize Their Field Operations

Energy Partners Refrigeration, an HVAC leader in Southern Africa formed from the merger of FridgetTec, Refsols & Energy Partners, needed to move beyond pen-and-paper processes to monitor technicians, track customer and company assets, and manage a high volume of daily work—about 80 work orders per day—across 223 employees and 250+ clients. To meet this challenge they selected MobiWork and its mobile field service management platform to digitize their field operations.

MobiWork implemented a mobile digital platform that issues and allocates preventative and reactive work orders, provides preloaded instructions, and captures photographic documentation of onsite work. The MobiWork solution enabled Energy Partners Refrigeration to handle roughly 80 work orders a day (with about 80% originating from a call center), improve technician accountability, and eliminate dispute-prone verbal reporting by supplying clear photographic evidence for faster, factual resolution and better asset maintenance.
