Round Table Pizza faced the typical fast-casual challenge of rising competition and shifting customer expectations, needing a way to better engage guests and drive visit frequency. To address this, Round Table Pizza piloted Mobivity’s re•currency suite, using Mobivity’s re‑ceipt, re‑reach and re‑capture tools to turn receipts into a messaging and data platform.
Mobivity ran a 12‑week pilot at 20 locations that printed an opt‑in offer for “6 Free Garlic Parmesan Twists with Any Pizza Purchase,” then used POS data to send targeted text offers. The campaign drove ~20,000 subscribers, >75% redeemed the first offer, average customer spend rose >40%, and each subsequent message generated roughly $100K in incremental revenue in six weeks—results that led Round Table Pizza to expand Mobivity’s re•currency rollout.
