Europe Large Retail Organization worked with Mobinius to improve release management and deployment across its IT department. The organization faced inconsistent build and deployment processes across teams, heavy manual effort for packaging and release activities, little automated validation, and slow production releases that could take up to 6 hours even for small changes.

Mobinius implemented a DevOps-based continuous delivery pipeline using Jenkins, Maven, Git, Sonar, AWS, Ansible, JUnit, and Selenium to standardize builds, automate testing and deployment, and provide centralized monitoring and alerts. As a result, production release time dropped from 6 hours to around 30–20 minutes and then to about 10–11 minutes, with the same best practices rolled out across more than 4 live products, delivering major effort savings and earning the customer a President’s Award.
