How All On The Line used trainings to engage volunteers and fight back against gerrymandering

All On The Line, a national campaign focused on restoring fairness to democracy and fighting gerrymandering, needed a way to educate supporters about the redistricting process and turn interest into action as new legislative maps were being drawn after the 2020 Census. They used Mobilize to host a virtual training series called Redistricting U and to recruit volunteers across the country.

With Mobilize, All On The Line ran four unique trainings across 16 sessions, promoted through email, social media, VIP endorsements, and media appearances. The campaign generated 3,292 registrations and 1,592 participants, with 60% of signups coming from new volunteers and 40% living in priority states. Mobilize’s automated post-event surveys also helped produce a 97% average trainer rating and 860+ pieces of qualitative feedback.
