LCLAA engages 40 chapters and 2 million members with MobileUp

The Labor Council for Latin American Advancement (LCLAA) sought to modernize its member communication and transition to a paperless "Go Green" initiative. Their challenge was to find an effective mobile app solution to engage members at their National Membership Convention and beyond, after a previous provider proved expensive and cumbersome. They partnered with vendor MobileUp to implement a mobile app.

MobileUp delivered a solution with features for messaging, event scheduling, registration, and digital membership cards. The LCLAA team could easily manage the app themselves, and its use was required for convention navigation, leading to strong member adoption and engagement during the event. The mobile app from MobileUp has become a central platform for communication, improving member satisfaction and providing a cost-effective tool for the organization's future.
