IACP Enhances Its Annual Conference & Trade Show Experience – and Goes Paperless – with MobileUp

The Iowa Association of Community Providers (IACP) needed a modern way to improve its annual conference attendee experience, streamline communications, and reduce paper and printing costs. To solve this, IACP used MobileUp’s GoEngage platform and mobile event app, already integrated with MemberClicks AMS, to support its conference and trade show.

MobileUp helped IACP build an all-in-one event app with schedules, presenter details, sponsor information, PAC updates, and donation links. The results were strong: more than 85% of attendees downloaded and used the app, nearly 250 downloads came from about 300 attendees, and the association improved sponsor visibility while reducing paper use and boosting event communication efficiency.
