Neami National secures client data for 30+ years of service with Mobile Mentor

Neami National, a not-for-profit mental health service provider, faced the challenge of securely deploying a new client management application to staff using personal devices (BYOD). They needed to ensure that only known, managed, and compliant devices could access sensitive client data from outside their corporate network. To address this, they partnered with vendor Mobile Mentor to implement a secure access solution.

Mobile Mentor designed a solution that integrated VMware Workspace ONE UEM with Microsoft Intune. This allowed Neami to enforce device compliance policies through Azure Conditional Access, which was paired with an Azure AD Application Proxy for secure, remote access. The implementation enabled Single Sign-On, providing a seamless user experience. As a result, Neami National can now confidently allow access to client data from any location, knowing it is protected, while employees appreciate the flexibility to work securely from anywhere.
