Mobikon deployed tablets and QR codes in Shakey’s stores to capture in-store feedback and profile data from more than 200,000 customers in 11 months. This helped Shakey’s build targeted campaigns and improve customer experience, leading to a 150% increase in email open rates, a rise in average customer rating from 4.1 to 4.5, and a drop in negative reviews from 1.16% to 1.11%.
