Hard Rock Café Singapore, a two-storey dining and entertainment venue in the heart of the city, needed a better way to attract new customers and turn them into repeat patrons. To do that, the customer wanted stronger marketing insights from guest feedback, plus a way to track campaigns and measure redemptions. Mobikon provided the analytical and marketing tools to help address this challenge.

Mobikon gathered feedback and reservation data from the outlet’s online portal, restaurant records, and inStore tools, then helped Hard Rock Café Singapore run five marketing campaigns through its Marketing Channel. The campaigns generated 271 total redemptions and an aggregate ROI of SGD 10,840, including standout performance from the “20% Discount on Your Next Visit” offer, which drove 180 redemptions and SGD 7,200 ROI on its second attempt.
