Gajalee, a well-known Maharashtrian coastal seafood restaurant with branches across India and Singapore, wanted to grow beyond its niche customer base and bring in more loyal repeat diners. To address this challenge, it partnered with Mobikon to strengthen customer engagement, collect feedback, and build a richer customer database for targeted marketing.
Mobikon implemented in-store engagement and customer profiling tools to gather feedback and insights from 28,995 customers between August 2016 and April 2017, then used targeted campaigns for repeat visits, referrals, birthdays, and anniversaries. The result was more than ₹25 lakhs in additional revenue over nine months, a 15% increase in annual revenue, 1,459 redemptions, and stronger loyalty through repeat visits and referrals.
