The deputy city clerk of a city government in New Mexico needed to manage municipal elections remotely during the pandemic. The challenge was enabling candidates to collect required petition signatures and qualifying contributions online instead of through traditional in-person, paper-based campaigning. They selected vendor Mobikasa through an RFP to develop a custom web-based software solution.

Mobikasa developed a web-based program that integrated with the Secretary of State's API to verify voter data. The solution allowed candidates to collect signatures and contributions remotely. As a result, some candidates collected over 50% of their required signatures through the site. The city government was very happy with the product and plans to use it in future elections. Mobikasa provided excellent customer service and project management throughout the engagement.
