Cora, a Canadian family-owned breakfast franchise, faced challenges due to its heavy reliance on marketplace aggregators, which increased its fees and limited its ability to create direct guest relationships. They partnered with MOBI to improve the digital guest experience and increase profitability.

MOBI implemented a suite of solutions including a redesigned digital storefront, MOBI Payments for processing online orders, and White Label Delivery powered by DoorDash Drive. This allowed Cora to serve customers directly through its own online channel.
