The customer, Obywatele I Obywatelki (a civic group), faced the challenge of analyzing the user experience of five extensive political party programs ahead of the 2023 parliamentary elections within an extremely tight timeframe. They enlisted the vendor, Mobee Dick, to conduct a pro bono expert UX audit of these programs to assess their communication, accessibility, and readability for all citizens.

Mobee Dick assembled and managed a large, diverse team of 22 external UX specialists to audit the five programs efficiently. The solution involved creating a simplified methodology, organizing the team into smaller sub-teams, and providing clear work instructions. The vendor produced a comprehensive audit report with findings and recommendations that reached both the political parties and the general public, generating significant media coverage.
