US Foods, a leading food service company with a national sales force, needed a faster, more effective way to train its reps to drive customer adoption of new products. To address this challenge, US Foods engaged mLevel and its game-based mobile learning platform (in partnership with Slalom) to pilot a more engaging training approach.

mLevel and Slalom rolled out a game-based mobile learning program across four divisions with 200+ sales personnel and compared results to untrained peers. Using the mLevel learning platform plus sales-process adjustments and change management support, 96% of participants said they felt better equipped to sell new products and 89% reported mLevel games helped them learn more than traditional training, demonstrating clear, measurable improvement in sales readiness.
