Conexia launches an AI classroom assistant in 4 weeks with MJV Technology & Innovation

Conexia, an edtech company part of the SEB Group, reached out to MJV Technology & Innovation with the challenge of creating a safe, AI-powered virtual teaching assistant. The tool needed to be robust enough to answer student questions and help with search inquiries while catering to different age groups and gradually altering its content based on the student's year.

MJV Technology & Innovation adapted ChatGPT for the educational environment, designing the solution around four key user journeys. These included an activities chat menu using the company mascot as an assistant, a parental control feature, a journey for understanding questions, and one for delivering activities. MJV delivered the project in a record four weeks, consolidating functionalities and subsequently presenting the solution at a major education fair in Latin America.
