The City of San Antonio Department of Human Services (DHS) needed an application solution to automate data capture, business processes, and reporting for its senior centers across 102 staff members and 62 comprehensive and part-time sites. MJM Innovations stepped in to help DHS manage meals, activities, participant registration, event management, and data reporting more efficiently.

MJM Innovations implemented its SeniorStat solution, a fully integrated system that electronically captures meals, activities, and units of service through participant and administrative portals, touch screens, POS terminals, tablets, and magnetic swipe cards. Since 2014, the solution has helped DHS register members, track daily operations, and report on senior center data; the project was completed in 2018 and is fully deployed, with MJM Innovations also providing ongoing card production, hardware and software support, training, QA, and technical support.
